How do I use Asiana Club Shopping?

You can earn Asiana Club Shopping Miles by completing purchases with participating merchants when you shop online through Asiana Club Shopping. You need to be an Asiana Club member to earn Miles through Asiana Club Shopping. Not an Asiana Club Member? If you are not an Asiana Club member, you can join here now.

Yes, you need to be an Asiana Club member to earn Miles. As long as you're an Asiana Club member and have signed in to your account, you'll earn Miles when you access the merchant's site through Asiana Club Shopping.

You can browse Asiana Club Shopping without being a member, however, you'll need to sign in to your Asiana Club account as a member to earn Miles for purchases from participating merchants. Not an Asiana Club Member? Sign up now.


How do I start shopping and earning?

  • Access Asiana Club Shopping and make sure you're signed in to your Asiana Club account.
  • Choose a merchant you want to shop with and click the 'Shop Now' button.
  • Remember, you must sign in and click through to the merchant's site from Asiana Club Shopping every time you shop for us to track your Miles.
  • You must enable your Internet browser cookies, disable “Prevent cross-site tracking” and turn off Ad-block extension.
  • You must accept the merchant site cookies to be sure your miles are awarded to your Account.

No, you will not spend any more by using our site - and you'll get the benefit of earning Miles! It's the same price as shopping directly with the merchants, so you won't miss out on any of their special offers. By using our site you can earn Miles on every qualifying purchase.

Yes, you will still earn Asiana Club Shopping award Miles but we would advise that you don't purchase any items that you have previously saved to your cart – this could affect receiving your Miles. It's best to start your shopping directly from Asiana Club Shopping.

  • It takes up to 5 working days for a purchase to display as 'Pending'.
  • It may be that the web browser used at the time of purchase had cookies disabled.

Please be sure to accept the merchant site cookies as well. Cookies allow us to track your purchase - without them there's no way for the system to allocate Miles to your Account. Read more about cookies.

Here are some best practice guidelines to help make sure you receive your Miles:

  • Make sure you sign in to your Asiana Club account before clicking on the 'Shop Now' button in Asiana Club Shopping.
  • Complete your purchase online, all in one session.
  • If you decide after check out that you want to purchase something else, close the merchant site window and start the process again, starting from Asiana Club Shopping.
  • Don't retrieve previously saved items in your shopping cart; start completely from scratch.
  • If you're buying insurance, make sure you start from a completely new quote; don't retrieve a saved one or use a renewal offer if you're already a policyholder.
  • Don't click on another banner or website promoting the merchant before you complete your transaction. If you must visit another site before completing your purchase, please use a different browser to do so. Interrupting the browser session that started from Asiana Club Shopping can affect tracking.
  • Don't use "refer a friend" programs, again this changes the referrer.
  • Telephoning the merchant to complete or modify your order will likely override Asiana Club Shopping tracking (and therefore your Miles).
  • Increasingly some internet security and ad blocking software programs prevent the special tracking codes we need to track your purchases, please disable your program before using Asiana Club Shopping.
  • Don't use a coupon code which isn't displayed on Asiana Club Shopping at the time of your purchase.
  • Don't switch to another country's link within the merchant's site for making a purchase as most merchants would not track the purchase if the country's domain has changed.
  • Unless otherwise stated, purchases made through merchant apps will not earn miles. Please make your purchase from their website via your browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer) and follow our other T&Cs to be eligible for your reward.
  • Make sure the merchant site cookies are accepted when you land on the site from Asiana Club Shopping.
  • Installing any browser extension of other reward sites (e.g. loyalty, cashback, coupon sites) could cause your purchase being invalid.

Miles can be cancelled for a number of reasons. The most common are:

  • You have returned the products you purchased to the merchant
  • Your payment failed or you didn't meet the requirements of the merchant's credit check
  • Your new registration has not been deemed genuine
  • Your last click with this merchant didn't come from Asiana Club Shopping
  • Your transaction didn't meet the merchant's Terms and Conditions
  • Your order has been deemed not for genuine personal use
  • If a coupon code is used that is not listed on Asiana Club Shopping, no Miles will be earned
  • You didn’t accept the merchant site cookies

Sorry, but we're unable to allocate Miles for any purchases that did not originate from Asiana Club Shopping. The next time you shop, always access the merchant's website via Asiana Club Shopping so we can track your visit and allocate Miles.

  • When you buy something from a merchant, the transaction will appear in your Asiana Club Shopping Transaction History as 'Pending' within 5 working days.
  • We'll confirm the transaction with the merchant before updating the transaction status to 'Approved'. This process can take up to 120 days and sometimes longer and is subject to the merchant's terms & conditions.
  • Once 'Approved' the Miles will be posted to your Asiana Club account within 3 working days.

Asiana Club Shopping will clearly outline how many Miles you'll earn for purchases with participating merchants. In most cases, this will be expressed as a number of Miles earned per per $10/£10/100RMB/1000Yen or in specific currency spent at the merchant.

Miles are not earned on shipping, handling, tax, or the purchase and/or use of gift vouchers, which for avoidance of doubt, includes gift cards, gift certificates, or any other similar cash equivalents.

Yes. You can see all your transactions whether they are 'Pending', 'Approved' or 'Cancelled' within your Account area.

It's the merchants who decide the level of Miles given for shopping with them. Be sure to check out how many Miles the merchant offers before completing your purchase.

Earn rates can go up or down, and some merchants may offer bonus offers from time to time. The current earning rate is always displayed on Asiana Club Shopping so remember to look at the current rate to know how many Miles you'll earn.

We're constantly adding and looking for new merchants, so if you know of a great online service or shop that you'd like to see added to our growing list, please let us know.

You can cancel purchases and get a refund in the usual way that you would do directly with the merchant, subject to the merchant's terms and conditions. However, you will not earn Miles for any cancelled or refunded orders. If you cancel a purchase after Miles have been posted to your Asiana Club account, we reserve the right to deduct such Miles from your account.

From time to time merchants may decide they no longer wish to participate in Asiana Club Shopping and offer Miles to members. When this happens, we thank them for participating and remove them from our listings.

At this time, Asiana Club points cannot be used to make purchases through Asiana Club Shopping. Any Miles earned through Asiana Club Shopping will be posted to your Asiana Club account and can be redeemed towards award travel and services offered by Asiana Club in your local market.


Are my personal details safe?

Your personal information is kept completely confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Asiana Club Shopping will not share any personal information about you with our merchants. Please note though that when you click a 'Shop Now' link to a merchant, you will leave the Asiana Club Shopping completely and be subject to that merchant's Terms & Conditions. If you share your details with a merchant, they may contact you.


What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

You will need your Asiana Club account number or User ID and your password to sign in. If you have forgotten your password, please select "Forgot Password" on the main Asiana Club Sign In page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Where will Asiana Club Shopping merchants deliver to?

You will need to check with each individual merchant for full details of their delivery options.
